/KASE, May 6, 2020/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decision of the general meeting of its shareholders held on April 30,
2020.
Shareholders also took the following decisions:
- to approve the company's annual financial statements (consolidated and
separate) for 2019;
- to approve the following procedure of distributing the company's net income
for 2019:
- 15% of the consolidated net income of KZT57,086,449,000 tenge be
allocated to payment of dividends based on results of 2019;
- to retain the remainder in the company;
- to approve the dividend amount based on results of 2019 on ordinary
shares – KZT778.11 per share.
Decisions on five issues were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
