/KASE, March 17, 03/ - Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) informs that on
March 18 and 19 of 2003 specialized trades on primary additional floatation of
indexed on tenge devaluation bonds of National atomic company "Kazatomprom"
CJSC (NAC Kazatomprom, Almaty) of the first issue (KZ2CKY05A523; KASE's
official "А" listing category, KZAPb1; KZT2.3 bn; KZT100; April 1, 02 - April
1, 07; semi-annual coupon 8.5% APR; 30/360) will be held at KASE.
The registered issue volume is 23 bonds, the issuer intends to float
additionally at the trades 2 m securities.
According to the issuer terms, bonds' face value is indexed on devaluation
(revaluation) coefficient of tenge relative to US dollar (Kd), which is
calculated as ratio of current weighted average rate of US dollar relative to
tenge (Xt), which will have been determined at the КАSE's morning session,
relative to similar rate (Xo) which will be in effect on the date of bonds
circulation start (Kd=Xt/Xo, Хо=152.41).
The specialized trades will be conducted in the KASE's trade system since 11:30
a.m. till 3:00 p.m. of Almaty time on the mentioned days in open trade form.
Bonds' code in the trades is KZAPb1A.
Bids for bonds purchasing are to be submitted by brokers in clean (excluding
accumulated interest) prices, which is expressed as percentage to indexed face
value of a security with the accuracy up to four decimal figures. At that,
broker should take into account the fact that accumulated interest is
calculated on bond's indexed face value. Number of financial instruments in the
bid is to correspond to total indexed face value of securities expressed in
tenge. Bid's volume is calculated as product of number of financial instruments
and the price taking into account accumulated interest, divided into 100.
Exclusive right to bids submitting for bonds sale while conducting the
specialized trades belongs to the issuer's financial consultant - Fondoviy
service CJSC (Almaty).
Bonds, which will be bought at the specialized trades, will be to be paid for
on the scheme Т+0 before 4:00 p.m. of Almaty time on deals registration day.
Applications for participation in the specialized trades may be submitted only
by the KASE's members of "Р" category (the right to participate in trades in
corporate securities, which have been included into stock exchange's official
list). Investors may submit applications through these juridical persons. Full

KASE accentuates attention that bonds may be purchased by pension assets
management companies at the expense of pension assets because the securities
have been included into stock exchange's official "А" listing category.
