/KASE, April 30, 2020/ – Financial company REAL-INVEST.kz (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that the annual general meeting of its shareholders will start on May 22,
2020 at 10:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
- approval of the company's 2019 annual financial statements;
- defining the procedure of distributing the company's net income for 2019;
- deciding on payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the company, approval
of the dividend amount per ordinary share of the company;
- consideration of shareholders' complaints over actions of the company and its
executives and results of their consideration;
- informing shareholders of the company about the size and composition of
remuneration to members of the Board of Directors and the Management Board of
the company;
