/KASE, April 30, 2020/ – Insurance company Amanat (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the following:

Fitch Ratings changed the outlook on the financial stability rating of the
insurer Insurance Company Amanat JSC from "Stable" to "Negative" and affirmed
the rating at "B".
KEY RATING FACTORS
These rating actions are based on the Agency's current assessment of the impact
of the coronavirus pandemic, including its impact on the economy, taking into
account the rating assumptions below. These assumptions were used by Fitch to
develop estimated financial indicators for Amanat, which are compared with the
rating benchmarks defined in the methodology and previously established factors
that may affect future ratings for the company.
