/KASE, April 29, 2020/ – First Heartland Jýsan Bank (Nur-Sultan), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the following:

On 28.04.2020 rating agency S&P Global Ratings upgraded the long-term credit
rating of First Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC from "B-" to "B" and affirmed
its short-term credit rating "B". The outlook is Stable. The rating of the bank
on the national scale has been upgraded from "kzBB" to "kzBB +".
The rating of bonds ISIN KZ2C00002103 was upgraded from "B-" to "B" on the
international scale and from "kzBB" to "kzBB+" on the national scale.
Thus, as of 28.04.2020 First Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC has the following
ratings from S&P Global Ratings:
- credit rating "B/Stable/B";
