/KASE, April 29, 2020/ – Tengri Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of the Board of Directors dated April 23, 2020, A. Kuandykov – a deputy
Chairman of the Management Board, a member of the Management Board, was
removed from the bank's Management Board.
Taking into account said change, the Management Board of Tengri Bank JSC
consists of two persons: Pavan Singh, G. Sadyrbekov.
