/KASE, April 27, 2020/ – KazTransCom (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about payment of dividends
on its ordinary shares KZ000A1CTGM4 (KASE main market, category "standard", KZTC)
for 2019 on April 23, 2020 in the amount of KZT923.00 per one share for the total
amount of KZT101,606,609.00.
According to the in,ormation provided by KazTransCom, remaining dividends in the
amount of KZT2,051,644,400.00 will be paid during the period from April 27 to
May 25, 2020.
