/KASE, April 27, 2020/ – Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
informed KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder of April 23, 2020:
- to approve annual financial statements of the bank together with independent
investor’s report for 2019;
- not to distribute net income of the bank in the amount of KZT36,509,521,000
and to keep it at the account "Net retained earnings (uncovered loss) from
prior years";
- to take into consideration the information on the absence of the sole
shareholders’ petitions related to the actions of the bank and its officials;
- to take into consideration the information on the remuneration to members of
the Management Board and Board of Directors of the bank and its components.
