/KASE, April 27, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that trading
in bonds KZ2C00002418 (KASE main market, category "bonds", LARIb3) of AsiaCredit
Bank has been suspended on KASE as of April 29, 2020.
This decision was made due to the General Meeting of Holders of these bonds held
on April 29, 2020, which will consider making changes to the issue prospectus of
these bonds.
Trading in the bonds on KASE will be resumed on the next business day after the
receipt by KASE of relevant changes to the issue prospectus of these bonds and
confirmation from Central Securities Depository about renewal of their placement
and circulation in its accounting system.
