/KASE, April 27, 2020/ – KazTransCom (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about payment of dividends
on its preferred shares KZ000A0Q5HL3 (KASE main market, category "standard",
KZTCp) for 2019 on April 22, 2020 in the amount of KZT923.00 per one share for
the total amount of KZT97,574,022.00
According to the information provided by KazTransCom, the register of shareholders
entitled to dividend was fixed as of April 13, 2020.
