/KASE, April 27, 2020/ – TNC Kazchrome (Aktobe), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary
general meeting of its shareholders will begin on May 27, 2020, at 11:00 o'clock.
The sole issue on the meeting agenda is making amendments to a major
interested party transaction.
