/KASE, April 24, 2020/ – Subsidiary Organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan
"Halyk Insurance Company" (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on the
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Annual General
Meeting of its shareholders will start at 15:00 pm, May 28, 2020 with the
following agenda:
- on the approval of the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders
of the company;
- on approval of the 2019 financial statements of the company;
- on determining the procedure for distribution of the company’s net profit
for 2019 and the amount of a dividend per ordinary share;
- on considering shareholders’ petitions related to the actions of the bank and
its officials in 2019 and the results of their consideration;
- on considering information on the amount and the makeup of remuneration to
members of the Board of Directors and Management Board of the company for
2019;
- on considering Board of Directors’ report on 2019 results.
