KASE, April 24, 2020/ – As announced earlier, by the decision of the Management
Board of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated April 17, 2020, it has agreed
to include international bonds XS2159908776 (KZT13.0 bn, April 28, 2020 – April
28, 2022, annual coupon 11.00 % APR; actual/actual) of International Finance
Corporation in "Securities of international financial organizations" sector of
KASE Official List.
Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) (Almaty) is the initiator of
admittance of these bonds.
This decision of the Listing Commission came into effect on April 24, 2020.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.
These bonds were assigned abbreviation (ticker) IFC_K280422.
