Development Bank of Kazakhstan participates in virtual meeting of the SCO IBA

/KASE, April 24, 2020/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided the following press release dated April 23, 2020 to KASE: quote The Management of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (a subsidiary of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC, hereinafter - DBK, the Bank) participated in the seminar of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Interbank Association (hereinafter - the SCO IBA). More than 70 participants from 12 delegations of member banks of the SCO IBA took part in the seminar organized by VEB RF State Development Corporation (hereinafter - VEB.RF) in a remote format; speakers from the SCO IBA member countries were connected via video link. This year, Russia is chairing the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and VEB is leading its work at the level of the Interbank Association. Development banks of the SCO member states took an active part in the workshop on countering the current economic downturn caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
