Bonds KZ2C00006658 (KEGCb3) of KEGOC underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of the main market

/KASE, April 23, 2020/ – By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of April 23, 2020, bonds KZ2C00006658 (KZT1,000, KZT35.0 bn; 15 years; semi-annual coupon 11.00% APR for the first seven years in circulation, futher – the base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan + margin of 2.00 % ; 30/360) of KEGOC (Nur-Sultan) were included in KASE Official List main market's "bonds" category. The date of this Listing Commission decision’s entry into force will be communicated later. Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. This bond issue is the first within the second bond program of KEGOC registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on January 20, 2020 for the amount of KZT80.0 bn.
