/KASE, April 22, 2020/ – Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE
about the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders held
on April 17, 2020:
- to choose Independent Audit Company Centeraudit-Kazakhstan as an audit firm for
conducting the external audit of financial and operational activities of the
company for 2020.
