/KASE, April 21, 2020/ – Financial Company REAL-INVEST.kz (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
that the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start at 10:00
a.m. on May 4, 2020 with the only issue on the agenda: determining the number and
the term of office of the Board of Directors’ members and election of its members.
