According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 548,400,000 pieces; - all authorized shares of the bank are outstanding; - the sole Bank'S shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the bank is Alfa-Bank.
