BONDS ISSUED IN THE AMOUNT OF 750,000,000 US DOLLARS, WITH YIELD OF 4.375 %
MATURING IN 2027, ISSUED UNDER A GUARANTEE OF JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "INTERGAS
CENTRAL AISA" ("GUARANTOR")
Today, the Company announces its invitation to holders ("Holders") (subject to
certain restrictions on the offer and distribution specified below) of its
guaranteed bonds in the amount of 750,000 ,00 US dollar with yield of 4.375 %
and maturity in 2027, issued under the Guarantor's guarantee, to present their
Bonds for repurchase by the Company for cash (the "Offer") in the amount of up
to 100,000,000 US dollar of the principal amount of debt on the Bonds ("Maximum
Amount of Offer") in accordance with the modified "Dutch auction" procedure".
