/KASE, April 16, 2020/ – AstanaGas KMG (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the Board of Directors dated March 18, 2020, the
following changes were made to the composition of the Management Board:
- B. Aliyev – deputy general director of production, removed;
- A. Semagulov – deputy general director of production, appointed.
Taking into account the changes, the Management Board of AstanaGas KMG consists
of four persons: S. Makashev, Zh. Iskakov, A. Sermagulov, K. Tileubayev.
