/KASE, April 16, 2020/ – KazTransCom (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the decisions of
the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held on April 12, 2020:
- to approve annual financial statements of the company for 2019 with independent
auditor’s report; by PricewaterhouseCoopers"
- to approve the amount of dividends per one ordinary and preferred share of the
company for 2019. The amount of a dividend per one preferred share is KZT923,
dividend payout will start on April 20, 2020. The amount of a dividend per one
ordinary share is KZT923, dividend payout will start on April 23, 2020.
