/KASE, April 15, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) receives an extract from the shareholder registers of Development Bank of Kazakhstan as at April 1, 2020. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 2,119,519 pieces; - 2,107,820 common shares of the bank are outstanding; - the Bank's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the bank is the National Management Holding Baiterek.
