listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the
Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start on May 11, 2020 at
11:00 a.m. with the following agenda:
- on the approval of the agenda of the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting
of shareholders;
- on concluding major interested party transactions by the company.
