/KASE, April 6, 2020/ – Tengri Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that Lovlin
Malhotra Kumar, a member of the Board of Directors, quit the Board of Directors
of his own accord.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Tengri Bank JSC
consists of four persons: T. Kuanyshev, Kalia Subhash Chander, B. Nugymanov,
E. Shaikenov.
