/KASE, April 3, 2020/ – Tengri Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following
a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 2, 2020, G. Sadyrbekov was
appointed a deputy Chairman of the Management Board, a member of the bank's
Management Board.
Taking into account said change, the Management Board of Tengri Bank consists
of three persons: Singh Pavan, A. Kuandykov, G. Sadyrbekov.
