/KASE, April 1, 2020/ – By the decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) the following bonds of Baiterek Development (Nur-Sultan) are transferred from "bonds" category of alternative market to "bonds" category of the KASE Official List’s main market as of April 2, 2020: - KZ2C00005973 (KASE alternative market, "bonds" category, BTDVb1); - KZ2C00006179 (KASE alternative market, "bonds" category, BTDVb2). The KASE conclusion report dated March 10, 2020 says that according to the results of the examination of Baiterek Development and the mentioned bonds for compliance with the criteria and requirements set by the Listing Rules for including bonds to the KASE Official List main market’s "bonds" category it was established that the company and its bonds comply with the requirements for this category. Bonds KZ2C00005973 (BTDVb1) were included in KASE Official List's category "bonds" as of June 20, 2019. Trades in them opened on June 28, 2019. Bonds KZ2C00006179 (BTDVb2) were included in KASE Official List's category "bonds" of alternative market, as of August 23, 2019. Trades in them opened on August 28, 2019. [2020-04-01]
