Bonds KZ2C00006641 (BTDVb3) of Baiterek development underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, April 1, 2020/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of April 1, 2020, bonds KZ2C00006641 (KZT1,000, KZT180.0 bn; 2 years, semi-annual coupon, 4.05 % APR; 30/360) of Baiterek development (Nur-Sultan) were included in KASE official list's main market's "bonds" category. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced later. Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Kazkommerts Securities (subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank) (Almaty) is the financial advisor of Baiterek development. Said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) BTDVb3.
