/KASE, March 30, 2020/ – Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereinafter –
the bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has notified KASE that the annual general meeting of shareholders, scheduled for
April 24, 2020 was moved to May 22, 2020 by way of absentee voting without
conducting the general meeting of shareholders.
The meeting agenda includes 12 issues, in particular:
- on approval of the bank's annual financial statements for 2019;
- on approval of the procedure of distribution of the bank's net income for
2019. On taking a decision on payout of dividends on the bank's ordinary
shares. On approval of the dividend amount per ordinary share of the bank;
- on consideration of the performance reports of the bank's Board of Directors
for 2019;
- on determining the composition of the bank's Board of Directors;
- on determining the term of office of the bank's Board of Directors;
- on appointment of members of the bank's Board of Directors.
