Hereby Kazakhtelecom announces that in accordance with changes in the
legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan related to the process of payout of
dividends to shareholders of Kazakhtelecom JSC, Kazakhtelecom JSC carried out
a complete handover of indebtedness on all unclaimed dividends to the Central
Securities Depository JSC.
