/KASE, March 19, 2020/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
annual general meeting of its shareholders will start on April 28, 2020 at
10:00 a.m. with the following agenda:
- on the approval of the annual financial statements of the bank for 2019;
- on the approval of net profit distribution procedure for 2019 and the amount
of a dividend per ordinary share of the bank;
- on shareholders’ petitions related to the actions of the company and its
officials and the results of their consideration;
- on choosing an independent audit firm for conducting the bank’s audit for
2020 and Q1 2021;
- on the approval of amendments to the bank’s charter;
- on the approval of amendments to the bank’s Corporate Governance Code;
- on the approval of amendments to the Regulations on the bank’s Board of
Directors;
- on setting the term of office of the bank’s Board of Directors.
