/KASE, March 19, 2020/ – KazTransCom (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of the Board of Directors dated March 16, 2020 the following changes
were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- removed: M Abdrakhmanov – member of the Board of Directors;
- appointed: A. Amanov – member of the Board of Directors.
