/KASE, March 18, 2020/ – Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with copies of amendments to bond issue prospectuses registered
on March 16, 2020, and certificates of state registration of bond issues
replacing those issued earlier, of the following bonds:
1) KZ2C00002285 (KASE main market, category "bonds", SKKZb8; KZT1,000,
KZT40.5 bn; 30/360);
2) KZ2C00002293 (KASE main market, category "bonds", SKKZb9; KZT1,000,
KZT40.5 bn; 30/360);
3) KZ2C00002335 (KASE main market, category "bonds", SKKZb13, KZT1,000,
KZT34.5 bn; 30/360);
4) KZ2C00002343 (KASE main market, category "bonds", SKKZb14, KZT1,000,
KZT34.5 bn; 30/360).
According to said documents:
- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of
financial market registered amendments to issue prospectuses of said bonds;
- said certificates were replaced due to a change in the maturity of said
bonds;
- the maturity of said bonds is fixed until expiry of 13 months, beginning from
the day of the conducted trading on bond offering in the trade operator's
trading system after the date of registration by the authorized body of
amendments to the issue prospectus (repeated offering);
- interest on said bonds after the date of the repeated offering will be made at
the end of the bonds' maturity.
