/KASE, March 18, 2020/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notifies KASE that the
annual general meeting of its shareholders will start on April 30, 2020 at 12:00
o'clock, with the meeting agenda including the following issues:
- on approval of the company's annual financial statements for 2019;
- on the procedure of distribution of the company's 2019 net income;
- on making amendments to the company's charter;
- on making amendments to the regulations on the company's Board of
Directors;
- on shareholders' appeals against actions of the company and its executives
and results of their consideration.
