/KASE, March 18, 2020/ – KazTransOil (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided the KASE with press
release dated March 17, 2020, which states as follows:

Consolidated earnings of the company for 2019 amounted to KZT 239.6 bn, which is
by 6.3% higher than in 2018. Consolidated net earnings of KazTransOil based on
the results of 2019 amounted to KZT45.1 bn, a 17.2-per-cent increase compared to
the result of 2018.
Revenue of KazTransOil for 2019 amounted to KZT222.9 bn, which is by 4.9% higher
than in 2018. Net earnings of KazTransOil in 2019 amounted to KZT33,3 bn, which
is by 35.6% lower than in 2018.
