/KASE, March 18, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that the
information on the bonds KZ2C00005924 (KASE main market, category "bonds",
RGBRb8; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn; 5 years, semi-annual coupon, 8.00 % APR; 30/360) of RG
Brands (Almaty) was changed in KASE trading system and data bases as of March 18,
2020:
- the interest rate was changed to 10.00 % APR;
- coupon payment periodicity will be not later than the 25th of each month during
the entire period of maturity of bonds.
