/KASE, March 17, 2020/ – ShalkiyaZinc LTD (Kyzylorda region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
following a decision of the sole shareholder dated March 12, 2020, the following
persons were appointed to its Board of Directors:
- B. Orynbekov, a member of the Board of Directors;
- A. Bugubayev, a member of the Board of Directors, independent director.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of ShalkiyaZinc
consists of five persons: K. Kudaibergen, B. Kuanshaliev, E. Magad, B.
Orynbekov, A. Bugubayev.
