/KASE, March 17, 2020/ – Eurasian Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a decision
of its sole shareholder dated March 13, 2020: "To increase the number of
authorized ordinary shares of Eurasian Bank by way of additionally issuing
ordinary shares in the number of 61,231,400 ... pieces".
