/KASE, March 16, 2020/ – Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start at 10:00
a.m., on March 31, 2020, with the following agenda:
- on the approval of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
shareholders of the bank;
- on further participation of the bank in the Program for Improving the
Financial Sustainability of the Banking Sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- on increasing the number of authorized ordinary shares of the bank;
- on making amendments to the issue prospectuses of the bank.
