From March 16 ordinary shares KZ1C00000108 (LNAT) of Insurance company "London-Almaty" transferred from sector "shares" of alternative market to category "standard" of KASE official list's main market

/KASE, March 16, 2020/ – Following a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), from March 16, 2020 ordinary shares KZ1C00000108 (LNAT) of Insurance company "London-Almaty" (Almaty) were transferred from the sector "shares" of the alternative market into the category "standard" of KASE official list's main market. In KASE's conclusion dated March 10, 2020 it is said that a check of Insurance company "London-Almaty" and said shares detected their compliance with the criterion (availability of the valid rating valuation of the issuer "ВB-" on international scale of Standard & Poor's) and requirements specified in the Listing Rules for transfer of said shares into the category "standard" of KASE official list's main market. Said shares were included in KASE official list from December 12, 2006; since January 1, 2017 they had been in sector "shares" of KASE official list's main market.
