/KASE, March 12, 2020/ – First Heartland Jýsan Bank (Nur-Sultan), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
payment on March 5, 2020 to the sole shareholder of dividends on its ordinary
shares KZ000A0Q5HK5 (KASE main market, category "standard", TSBN) for 2013–2015.
According to said statement, the payout totaled to KZT19.3 bn.
Besides, the bank reports a transfer on March 6, 2020 to the Central Securities
Depository of dividends to the bank's shareholders whose shares were repurchased
by First Heartland Securities, for 2013–2015 in the amount of KZT27.6 mln.
With regard to payout of dividends to minority shareholders, it is necessary to
contact the payment agent – Central Securities Depository JSC.
