/KASE, March 12, 2020/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated March 6, 2020, the
following changes were made to the bank's Management Board:
- Arifioglu Abdurrahman Seki – Chairman of the Management Board –
removed;
- D. Arinov – appointed as the acting Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of AsiaCredit Bank
consists of four persons: D. Arinov, D. Baynietova, M. Abdukhalikov, Zh.
Munsuzbayev.
