/KASE, March 12, 2020/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 28, 2020,
A. Amirtayev, a managing director, a member of the Management Board, was removed
from the bank's Management Board.
Taking into account said change, the Management Board of Development Bank of
Kazakhstan consists of four persons: A. Sarkulov, D. Babichev, D. Aubakirov,
S. Kenzhebayeva.
