/KASE, March 11, 2020/ – KazAzot (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about resigning of
his own accord of the member of the Board of Directors R. Zhursunov, from the
Board of Directors.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of KazAzot consists of
five persons: A. Irishev, K. Ibrashev, R. Ayazbayev, S. Abuyev, D. Kilybayev.
