/KASE, March 10, 2020/ – BCC Invest – subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty),
the managing company of the interval unit investment trust "CenterCredit –
Valyutniy", whose units are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has informed KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder of February 28, 2020.
The sole shareholder also made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2019;(
- to approve the payout of dividends on ordinary shares for 2019.
Overall, the sole shareholder made decisions on five issues of the agenda.
