/KASE, March 6, 2020/ – Batys Tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notifies KASE that the Annual General Meeting
of its shareholders will start on April 6, 2020 at 12:00 o’clock.
The meeting agenda includes the following issues:
- on approval of the company’s annual financial statements for 2019;
- on determining and approval of the procedure for distribution of the Company’s
net profit for 2019; on making a decision on payment of dividends on the
company’s ordinary dividends;
- on informing shareholders of the amount and the structure of the remuneration
to members of the Board of Directors and Management Board for 2019;
- on considering appeals of shareholders against actions of the company and its
executives and results of their consideration;
- on considering activity report of the company’s Board of Directors for 2019;
- on considering the report on compliance with the company’s Corporate Governance
Code in 2019.
