/KASE, March 6, 2020/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" (Astana), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 20, 2020,
A. Kuatova, a managing director, a member of the Management Board, was removed
from the composition of the Management Board.
Taking into account said change, the Management Board of the National managing
holding "Baiterek" consists of six persons: A. Arifkhanov, G., A. Omarkhodjaev,
R. Karagoishin, E. Khamitov, T. Zhanke, M. Omarov.
