/KASE, March 5, 2020/ – First Heartland Jýsan Bank (Nur-Sultan), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
copies of registered amendments to the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2C00002913
(KASE main market, category"bonds", TSBNb27; KZT1, KZT30.0 bn; 15 years, annual
coupon, 0.10 % APR; 30/360) and a certificate of state registration of issue of
bonds dated February 21, 2020 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Regulation and Development of the
Financial Market has registered amendments to the issue prospectus of these
bonds;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to due to the change in the type
and maturity of these bonds;
- type of bonds issued was changed from "registered unsecured bonds" to
"registered unsecured subordinated coupon bonds";
- circulation start date was changed to the date of first successful trading
sessions on offering said bonds in KASE trading system after the date of
registration of the amendments to the bond issue prospectus by the authorized
body;
- maturity of bonds was changed from 15 to 10 years as of circulation start date.
