/KASE, March 2, 2020/ – Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions
of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on March 2, 2020:
- to approve the consolidated financial statements of the bank for 2019, taking
into account the auditor's reports;
- to approve the following procedure of distributions of the bank's net income:
- to carry out payout of dividends on ordinary and preferred shares of the
bank at KZT2,885 per share;
- payout period – 2019;
- payout start date: March 2, 2020;
- to take note of the information on absence of shareholders' appeals against
actions of the bank and its executives and results of their consideration in
2019.
