/KASE, February 28, 2020/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 20, 2020, Z.
Akhmedzhanova, a managing director, a member of the Management Board,
was included in the composition of the Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of KazAgroFinance
consists of five persons: K. Izbastin, B. Ospanov, A. Ashirbekov, N. Karnakova,
Z. Akhmedzhanova.
