/KASE, February 28, 2020/ – Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereinafter –
the bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE that the annual general meeting of its shareholders
will begin on April 24, 2020 at 11:00 o'clock, with the agenda including 12
issues, in particular:
- approval of the bank's financial statements for 2019;
- approval of the procedure of distribution of the bank's net income for 2019.
On making a decision on payout of dividends on the bank's common shares.
On approval of the amount of dividend per common share of the bank;
- on considering the 2019 report of the bank's Board of Directors;
- on determining the composition of the bank's Board of Directors;
- on determining the term of office of the bank's Board of Directors;
- on appointing members of the bank's Board of Directors.
